Purpose:

of members.
Duties:
To conduct ongoing membership efforts throughout the year with
special emphasis in May. Determine a plan to aid in retention of
current members. Plan with the president for orientation of new
members and continuing education of all members.

Purpose:
To prepare the annual budget and conduct an annual audit.
Duties:
To prepare an orderly process to work with the club treasurer to
prepare the annual budget for submission for approval of the Board of
Directors in October. To Review the financial records of the club
after the completion of the club year on September 30. This review to
be completed by January of each year.
Committee members' terms shall be for 1 year each, October 1 - September 30. It is recommended that no person serve more than three (3) consecutive terms.
